Jennifer
Hofmann
Jennifer Hofmann is the principal eLearning consultant and owner
of InSync Training, LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in
the design
and delivery of synchronous and blended eLearning. Her team provides
workshops and development services to individuals and organizations
looking to implement a blended synchronous classroom. In the field
since 1997, she has extensive experience using all of the major
synchronous delivery platforms.
Jennifer is the author of The Synchronous Trainer’s
Survival Guide (Jossey-Bass, 2003) and Live and Online!
Tips, Techniques and Ready-To-Use Activities for the Virtual Classroom (Jossey-Bass,
2004). She is a chapter contributor to the American Management
Association’s Handbook of eLearning. Jennifer
has made many contributions to Learning
Circuits, the ASTD online
webzine dedicated to eLearning topics.
She is a regular speaker on synchronous and blended eLearning at
national industry events and has taught the Certified Online Instructor
Program at Walden University. Jennifer has a Master’s in
Instructional Technology and Distance Education, and a bachelor’s
in Business & Finance.
